Impact 360 Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to fostering sustainable livelihoods and enterprise opportunities for underserved communities, with a strong focus on women and youth. Our interventions emphasize enterprise and group enterprise development, particularly in the food and eatery sector through cloud kitchens, eateries, and collective businesses. We also promote micro-enterprises in handicrafts, urban agriculture, and green recycling-based production such as jewelry, waste recycling, and other sustainable innovations. These initiatives are further strengthened through start-up incubation and innovation partnerships with institutions like IIT Kanpur.

In Kolkata, under the Swabhimaan program, over 4,500 SHG women received seed capital to start their own enterprises. Many are now earning substantial incomes and have been successfully linked to government schemes and formal credit facilities. This proven model is currently being replicated in urban areas such as Faridabad, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai suburbs.

Parallelly, Impact 360 has pioneered established 30 cloud kitchens in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Kolkata, offering SHG women and youth new-age livelihood opportunities in the food industry. These ventures not only provide market access but also equip communities with the skills, resources, and resilience for long-term income security.

Our work is strengthened by technology-enabled monitoring, digital MIS systems, and continuous handholding support, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and sustainability. By combining innovation with community-driven solutions, Impact 360 Foundation has emerged as a replicable model of inclusive growth across India.

Appeal

Appeal for Support – Navi Mumbai Cloud Kitchen

After successfully establishing women-led cloud kitchens and creating significant impact in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, Impact 360 Foundation now aims to replicate this proven model in Navi Mumbai. The proposed cloud kitchen will be fully run, operated, and governed by urban SHG women under SULM/NULM, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and strengthen their economic independence.

Your contribution will support the end-to-end implementation of this project, including:

Securing all licenses and regulatory approvals.

Providing entrepreneurship and business management training for SHG members.

Delivering culinary, food safety, packaging, and service training with expert mentors.

Setting up a modern facility with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and infrastructure.

Driving branding, marketing, and digital outreach to ensure strong customer engagement.

This initiative will empower women with ownership, decision-making power, and income security, while linking them to government schemes and credit facilities. With donor support, SHG women can transform their skills into thriving enterprises—creating a replicable, scalable model of women-led entrepreneurship in urban India.

Together, we can convert determination and talent into sustainable enterprises that uplift families and communities.
