We exist to empower the marginalized & oppressed in society, be it the poor, women, children, older generation, or any other people group who know that no one really cares for them nor will defend them. Our aim is to give them a voice and to stand up for their rights and dignity in a felt way, ensuring they know they are highly valued and are of great worth. With this in mind, we have a vision to only provide “works of compassion” “spearheaded by people with a heart”, each one carrying a project that is dear to them.

Appeal

As a trust we do not desire to be an impersonal organization. Rather, our aim is that the people we serve will discover that someone cares enough, someone loves enough, someone will step in, in a consistent manner, to bring change and hope “to work for and with them” as we transform lives together.

With this in mind, Stepping Stone has intentionally undertaken to serve specific community needs through projects that are “spearheaded by people with a heart”. As a result an individual, a family, a cluster of people, a community are changed and become a solution.
