It aims to deploy comprehensive interventions that include home-based therapeutic services, referrals for corrective surgeries, malnutrition management, mainstreaming into education, and enhancing mobility, speech, hearing through assistive devices, and training and microfinance for livelihood initiatives, all designed to help these children achieve their maximum potential. A structured approach involving specific strategies and expected key results is essential for achieving its objectives as follow;
• Enhance the Quality of Life for 1000 Children
• Prepare Children for School and Integrate them into Mainstream Education
• Empower Parents and Caregivers on Early identification and referral services
• Improve the Economic Status of Families with High-Risk Infants
• Create and Promote a Community-Based Early Intervention Model.
The intervention strategy is meticulously crafted, leveraging the "SAMBHAV" an application to effectively deliver home-based therapeutic services. This innovative approach includes training CBR workers in photography and videography. This skill set enables them to accurately document the physical conditions of children, facilitating precise assessments and the formulation of tailored rehabilitation plans using Functional Classification Systems. The funds raised will be utilized on the above mentioned five main objectives.
