We are a registered NGO actively working since over a decade, focusing on core areas of Women Empowerment and Holistic Life skills & Remedial education. Mentioned below are brief details of our Flagship projects:
1. Project Dhara - Working very closely with Female Sex workers, LGBTQ+ community, single women and women from the marginalized communities; we provide 26+ Vocational skill trainings enabling our beneficiaries to explore an alternate sustainable livelihood opportunities , providing them with all required support in their journey of becoming financially independent
2. Project Manosakha - Through the remedial education that we provide we aim to reduce the learning gaps especially among the children of the migrant communities thus ensuring that the kids do not drop out of school due to lack of understanding
3. Waterlily school - This is a CBSE curriculum school catering for kids from the rural communities of Bahr village in Bihar offering schooling from Nursery to Grade 8
