MBA Foundation: Transforming Lives, Building Futures- In January 2002, MBA (Mutually Beneficial Activities) Foundation was established by a group of dedicated parents, driven by the poignant question: "After us, what?" This heartfelt concern propelled our mission to ensure, "A Life with Self-Esteem & Dignity for the Disabled."
Community Outreach:
We also operate from GODS’ Heavens, a Community Based Center in Sangharsh Nagar, Powai. Here, we serve children with disabilities from lower-income groups, providing essential interventions and support.

GODS ABODE: A Heaven on Earth
Solving the Question: AFTER US, WHAT?

BACKGROUND :
GODS Abode is located at Airoli, Navi Mumbai providing LIFE LONG Residential Life Care Services (RLCS) for the Differently Abled under the aegis of MBA Foundation.
RLCS for the Differently Abled are crucial services for the Differently Abled, sometimes not getting the kind of attention it deserves. MBA Foundation has been focussed on this aspect from its inception as it answers a question that haunts the Parent of EVERY Differently-Abled Child: AFTER US, WHAT ?.

THE CURRENT SITUATION
There is a dire paucity of NGOs providing such services in India and those that are doing this, including MBA Foundation do face considerable challenges in maintaining a high level of services to its dependents.
There is a need to mobilize ancillary services like Doctors & Hospitals to support RLCS and there have been cases in Greater Mumbai where some NGOs had to, unfortunately, cease this service on account of this. Such eventualities spell disaster for the Parents and their Wards alike and to their trauma.

HOW GODS' ABODE IS SOLVING THIS PROBLEM :
The MBA Foundation has been able to successfully consolidated RLCS at their current location at GODS Abode, Airoli, Navi Mumbai since 2016, and indeed, GODS Abode is the ONLY location now in Mumbai where RLCS is available and the demand is always more than the current capacity.
Currently, there are 22 Life Care Members who are Differently Abled and staying at GODS' Abode who are taken care of by dedicated staff and provided all Hygiene, Medical, Boarding, Food, Counselling, Training, and Employment Opportunities.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS FUNDRAISER:
GODS Abode needs financial contributions from Sponsors on a regular basis to meet all operational expenses. It costs Rs 2 lakhs per annum per Life Care Member to fully support them at GODS' Abode.
We are seeking to raise Rs 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) to support their daily Food and Healthcare needs. This will be a 25% contribution to the total requirement of around Rs 40 lakhs, the balance coming from Corporate Sponsorship
Through this fundraiser, we would also like to spread awareness of GODS Abode so more Parents of Differently Abled Persons can avail of this Service.
Please do make your Contribution and secure the health and well-being of Life Care Members at GODS Abode, whose Parents are unable to take care of them.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION.
