NSVK OBJECTIVE is to help people achieve economic development, mutual respect and dignity. The VISION is to “support changes in the lives of socially and economically deprived communities by building active partnerships with them in a spirit of transparency and sensitivity, pursuing an ideal of overall sustainable development of the society”.NSVK is extremly working on UMANG project and TUBERCULOSIS programme. In umang project they work with vulnerable children through which they protect and rescue vulnerable children and create awareness about protection from child sexual abuse.They also work with substance addicted children in slum with the age group of 9-15 years. NSVK,work with TUBERCULOSIS patients in slums, spread awareness on T.B. disease , find suspected , give counselling for the further treatment and provide nutrition to needy patient.They do home visit for checking patient weight and BMI(Body mass index).They provide nutrition powder and eggs to patients. I knew that I wanted to make a difference in the lives of a few of the 200 million children who have survived sexual abuse and help in recuperation and who have survived tuberculosis. Through the medium of the Tata Mumbai Marathon, I would like to contribute my support towards NSVK,for Tuberculosis programme and child sexual abuse. Please donate as even the smallest amount can NSVK someone's life and eventually help in eradicating child abuse in India and can reduce the tuberculosis illness.
