53% of children in India experience one or more forms of sexual abuse before the age of 18. MORE than HALF of the children in our country have experienced this for absolutely no fault of theirs. I want to fight for those who have been affected by this and prevent this from happening to any child in our country in the future. Therefore, I have decided to raise money and run the marathon for an organization called HEAL. Your contribution to this organization will help them provide therapy and support to sexual abuse survivors. It will also help us spread awareness about Child Sexual Abuse among children, parents, teachers and staff in schools through workshops. These workshops train people on how to understand and prevent abuse. Please do donate any amount you can because every little bit counts :)
