As truly said by Elbert Hubbard in the above quote, in order to be fit and simultaneously support the needy one's, I am participating in TATA Mumbai Marathon which is to be held in January 2018. The cause I am backing is the Trafigura Charitable Trust which is also partnered with Rang De which has a vision of making poverty history in India by reaching out to underserved communities through microcredit. I am supporting the uneducated women in rural areas who have plethora of skills and hunger to start up with the business of their interests. However, due to lack of funds these talents are being unused. Much of this is an uphill task which is why these women need our support. Through Rang De, they can avail small loans that carry favorably low rates of interest. With the support of such loans many of the women have already started with their business of goat-rearing, firewood business, shop, etc. Let’s get together and try giving what we can for this noble cause and make their wish fulfill.
