Today, there are lakhs of dogs that are incapable of healing on our streets due to reasons such as injury, sickness, old age, etc. World For All introduced it’s first animal transport vehicle in February 2013. Since then, WFA has acquired 2 more ambulances that serve as mobile animal ambulance to conduct spot treatment for animals on the road, transport of animals to hospitals/shelters/vets, coordination of sterilizations and other surgeries, vaccinations and deworming of more than 12,000 animals till date. With these funds, WFA aims to run a specialized Canine Center for Post Operative care where all the dogs picked up for reasons of grievous injuries or illness will have a safe and hygienic space to recover from. cases like Hematoma, Jaundice, Paralysis, Tumors, Amputations, Blood Tests, Skin Infections, Undernourishment, Renal Failure, Maggot Wounds and services like X-Rays, Saline and Blood Tests are taken up. With the space provided World For All can comfortably house 22 dogs at a time on a 10 days rotational basis for post operative care, which means and average of 60 dogs can comfortably recover from surgeries in a safe space with trained staff to care for them. While surgeries is handled by experienced vets, the process of recovery is incomplete without seamless post operative care Aid with an amount for the running costs will result in a smoother and more efficient running of the post operative care centre, ensuring the animal receives safe and proper care.
