As a responsible business, Aranca, a leading research and analytics firm based in Mumbai, takes pride in being socially inclined and focuses on sustained and effective CSR projects. As part of our initiative (now in its sixth year), Aranca has partnered with Srujna Charitable Trust, an organization with an aim of transforming underprivileged women into independent, confident and contributing members of their societies. It does so through its livelihood interventions namely skill training, business training and linking groups to market. Srujna believes that women empower not only themselves but create a ripple of change and transformation for their families and communities around them. Their focus is women from marginalized communities who need support to make a living. Depending on the level of skill sets with the women, the livelihood support is provided. The livelihood programs focuses on capacity building, fostering community links and promoting small businesses.
