Tens of thousands of underprivileged children live in our country. The Light of Life Trust was founded in hope of uplifting these disadvantaged children and reinstating them into schools, providing care/shelter to the orphaned and homeless and supporting destitute/abandoned women and widows. From taking care of 25 kids in 2005 to over 5,400 kids across 321 villages in India today, LOLT has flourished immensely- over 400 children have even passed their SSC Board examination. All my life, I have been exposed to numerous opportunities, but many children have been deprived of a single chance to make something of themselves. Why let that potential go to waste?
