Arushi is a non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with special needs to cultivate their skills and abilities for integration into mainstream society. I have grown up with Arushi, which has fostered a sense of belonging to a large community, rather than simply volunteering. Recently, I accompanied Arushi on a trip to Dehradun and Mussoorie. The experience was like none other. Everyone from Arushi got to explore the breathtaking scenic views of nature. The students also got a chance to meet the celebrated author Mr. Ruskin Bond, whose books some of us grew up reading. Arushi's commitment to empowering individuals with special needs is commendable, and their efforts have already made a significant impact on the lives of many. My goal is to help raise money which will allow Arushi to continue to develop and work towards ensuring a secure future for all.
