Swami Chinmayananda’s love for the arts, and his vision of a cultural renaissance, inspired Swami Tejomayananda to envisage Chinmaya Naada Bindu (CNB), a residential Gurukula for Indian Performing Arts, which was inaugurated on September 13, 2009. CNBG offers a welcome setting for students, practitioners, artists and scholars from all over the world.
In the present status of a sub-campus of the Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (University), the main art forms taught at the M.A. Music level are Hindustani Vocal, Bansuri and Tabla. We stand for *Fostering artistic excellence, *Nurturing the spiritual and *Creating global connections.
Going by the resounding success of our previous annual festivals, we are motivated to host our fund-raiser, the 12th Naada Bindu Festival (NBF) between February 10 & 12, 2023 at Kolwan, Pune. World-renowned artists and performers in the field of Indian classical music will be featured.
