When i first heard about this cause, I felt extremely disturbed. The amount of people that are victims to abuse is staggering. Nearly 50% of children in India face abuse. HEAL (Help Eradicate Abuse Through Learning), a Mumbai based NGO has set out to counter this problem and make our country safe for everyone. HEALs awareness and sensitization workshops equip adults to deal with child abuse and and help survivors. They help create safe spaces like schools, communities and homes, and help in avoiding the horrors of CSA. They bring about safe spaces for children. I would like your help and call upon everyone to donate generously to make India a safe space for all children.
