I am raising money for HEAL.A non-profit organisation dedicated to raise awareness and eradicate child sexual abuse.This is a serious issue as a child will be abused in any way leaving psychological scars on them forever.I became aware of this problem when I was in school.I learned that in 2007 around 53% of India's children went through sexual abuse of some kind of form.Now there are 600 million kids in India.The number of abused kids will have grown by now.This shook me to my core as at that time there were around 400 million children in India out of which above 200 million kids were sexually abused.I am helping to raise funds for HEAL.It is one of the few NGOs that try to tackle this problem of Child Sexual Abuse.It is a NGO started by beloved actor Rahul Bose.I just want to make it such that my future kids do not have to go through this.I want to make my country a better place for my kids.I want to raise awareness of this issue and help in any way I can.I know I hate the thought of any kid of mine going through this and I know even you do.Do please help in any small way you can.I want to secure the future of my country by making it a better place.

Hi my name is Aman Patel.I am 14 years old.I am regular 14 year old boy going to The Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai.I recently experienced hell in my life.I was diagnosed with Acute Leukemia which is a type of blood cancer.I learned about Child Sexual Abuse at a talk Rahul Bose did at my school.He talked about the horrors millions of children went through and its impact on their psyche.I was shocked.I went through hell so I wanted to make sure nobody went through hell again.Before i was diagnosed I was an ignorant 13 year old boy who never really payed any attention to what other people felt.Things were put into perspective for me.It was the biggest reality check ever.I now do not want anybody to feel how horrible I felt.
