Dear Friends, Did you know that the Tata Mumbai Marathon is not just the biggest marathon in India but also the biggest charity event? This year I plan to be a part of this mega event in order to raise funds for my favourite charity Karunya Trust. Karunya Trust is a registered NGO that has been working for the last 21 years to provide a safety net for the poor. They have several projects that have done tremendous work in the areas of Education, Health care and Shelter. Project Savli provides education and medical support to children at High risk in Mumbai Suburbs. Project Bharari works with the tribal children from Ambernath Taluka. I have always been very keen to support activities for underprivileged young children. I believe they are the future and if we support them today they will grow up and build a better society.
