Habitat for Humanity India is supporting families and individuals living in vulnerable conditions with no safety net by providing them with essential goods and hygiene items. Habitat’s Hygiene Kits and Family Essentials Kits provide families with essential goods which meet their basic needs. Currently, Habitat India has served 7,37,911 individuals served as on July 10, 2020, through Family Essential Kits, Hygiene Kits, Conditional Cash Transfer
(CCT), Behavior Change Communication (BCC++) and Gifts in Kind ( GIK ).
However, the need is immense. There are daily wage laborers, slum dwellers, people living in slums and other distressed communities who need your help. Many of them are starving. Its my humble appeal to all of you to help those needy who are on the brink of poverty and hunger as this is just scratching the surface. About 400 million fellow citizens including daily wage earners and migrant workers are reeling from the effects of the shutdown imposed to contain the spread. Now is the time to stand for our fellow human beings thus i request all of you to help me achieve the goal of supporting the marginalized.
