Isha Vidhya is an organisation that works for the economic and social empowerment of rural children in the villages. Through this effort, the foundation is committed to raising the level of education and literacy in rural India and to help the disadvantaged children achieve their full potential. Isha Vidya currently runs 10 schools and caters to 8523 students, with approximately 60% on free education. During these unprecedented times school is more important than ever for young students as it provides a safe space from the terrible news that surrounds them continuously. Isha Vidya has remained committed to providing a quality education, albeit through an online medium, through this pandemic and is in need of our help now more than ever.
