We are all lucky to be blessed with a loving family , a good education & access to opportunities that have helped us in our lives . However when we look around we do realise that in India , thousands of children are not able to fulfil their immense potential . They are adversely impacted by circumstances beyond their control ; very early into their lives . It is only fair that we give them an opportunity to get ahead and meaningfully contribute to society !  

 The MAHARASHTRA STATE WOMENS COUNCIL is a Mumbai based NGO with an over 90 year old track record in running extensive social projects dedicated to children and womens welfare . Key projects being run by them currently include 1. Asha Sadan – A foster home for destitute children 2. Street Children Project - A day care & school for street children 3 Savera – a school for mentally challenged children . Additionally young underprivileged girls face limited access to education and social barriers which restrict upward mobility . The NANHI KALI PROJECT is doing a fine job in doing targeted education & support to this segment aided by a vast army of community workers . These projects are being sustained by contributions by noble individuals as yourselves . We know the key individuals running the said NGO and can 100 % endorse the great work that they do !
