I’m a counselling psychologist by profession and co-founder and director at Rubaroo. I love scuba-diving, wildlife and reading. Being someone who really does not enjoy exercising in a gym, staying healthy by running was perfect for me. I love the time it allows me to spend with myself in the outdoors with my music for company. I have never run before and with my NGO participating in the Tata Mumbai Marathon, I feel like it is the perfect opportunity for me to start being healthier and go the extra mile for the cause that is so important to me.
