Ambulance & Rescue:
“We, at World for All (WFA) , strive to make a positive change in the lives of animals on the streets of Mumbai that otherwise would have an uncertain future. This requires dedication & compassion, and the result is a chance in society. A change, which in return makes the world a better place to live in not just for humans, but animals as well, i.e World For All.”
World For All initiated their first animal transport in February 2013. WFA, since then, has made it sure to streamline all the efforts & processes involved in making rescuing, treating, spaying, neutering & coordinating with 12,000 rescues successful to date, on the wheel.
WFA Fundraising for the Rescue & Ambulance program covers ALL of the following:
1. Conveyance
2. Maintenance
3. Medicines
4. Hospital admission
5. Shelter admissions
6. Vet visits
The Rescue Program takes up cases like Hematoma, Jaundice, Paralysis, Tumors, Amputations, Skin Infections, Undernourishment, Renal Failure, Maggot Wounds and more.
The ambulance operates and is on road for over 12 hours a day. It goes without saying that the ambulance maintenance is an expensive investment to make & it is a vital part to the operations of WFA. The second ambulance found its way on the road in September’14 and currently have 3 ambulances successfully covering large areas of Mumbai for rescuer and treatment.
