Hi, we are friends from Bombay Scottish School, Std VIII, who have come together to make a difference in the lives of children fighting cancer. Sanjana participated in the 2018 Tata Mumbai Marathon and raised Rs 1.27 lakhs which helped 8 poor cancer patients in their journey through cancer. These patients were in the age group of 4yrs - 23 yrs. Seeing the impact, Sanjana was able to make, this year we have teamed up together to make a greater difference. The funds raised through the 2019 Tata Mumbai Marathon will go towards helping poor Pediatric Cancer patients with their chemotherapy cycles, education and nutrition. Sometimes children require wheelchairs to help them move around as their cancers cause immobility. We believe no child should live out their childhood days on a hospital bed. We want to support their dreams and aspirations. We want them to have an as normal life as possible. We have heard that children with cancer have a 99% chance of being completely cured and leading completely normal lives. This has motivated us to make a difference. Do support our initiative.
