Since the 2019 Tata Mumbai Marathon you have supported me to raise over Rs 1.1 Crores (~ US$ 130K) for various causes from homes for 25 widows from farmer suicides to life saving covid vaccines for thousands of persons with disabilities, food, oxygen, medical care, employment, corporate leadership awareness and sensitization events and so much more all with the goal of leaving no one behind.

Today I am reaching out to seek your support to help perhaps the most heavily neglected segment within this community - Children with Disabilities. These children have no voice and many of them are abandoned, surrendered or orphaned due to a combination of poverty and disability and are deprived of even basic mobility that eventually leads to debilitating conditions and a life spent institutionalized in meagre conditions.

However relatively small but timely interventions can make a huge difference to their lives and give them mobility which in turn allows them to aspire to friendships, education, skilling, employment and a life of dignity.

For a modest average cost of less than Rs 20,000/- (about $ 250), we can help with the gift of mobility through prosthetic/orthotic devices and potentially a life changing intervention for the child.

Together with ABBF and Rise Bionics we are trying to raise money to fund prosthetic/orthotic devices for at least 250 children.
