IIFL Wealth Prime Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and is a Systemically Important Non-Deposit Accepting Non-Banking Financial Company (“NBFC ND-SI”) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 having a valid certificate of registration dated March 18, 1998 bearing registration no. B-13.00361 enabling the Company to carry on business as Non-Banking Financial Company, and is primarily engaged in the lending/ financing activities and also engaged in Distribution of MF & Financial Products. IIFL Wealth Management Limited acquired 100% equity shares capital of the Company on February 13, 2016. The Company offers broad suite of financial products such as Loan against securities, Loan against property, etc. to Corporate and High Net Worth clients. The Company has also received a Composite Corporate Agency License from Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India having a valid certificate of registration bearing Registration No. CA0466 and is eligible to procure business under Life, Health and General Insurance categories. The Company has registered with AMFI for the Distribution of financial product.
