Workplace Giving is an excellent way for you to collectively make a difference to the community around you. It is your first step into the philanthropic world. Workplace Giving allows you to donate a part of your salary to a social cause on a monthly basis. Once you contribute, we will keep you updated with regular reports, to enable you to understand how your money was utilised and how many lives your donation benefited.

All donations made under workplace giving are eligible for 50% tax exemption as per Section 80G of the Income Tax Act of India (1961). For every donation you make, a donation receipt will be sent to you. As you join this campaign, you become a part of the journey of change. Projects to Support:

Mission Mangroves:
The project aims to restore Mumbai's depleted mangrove cover, which serves as a protective shield from natural disasters like floods, cyclones, tsunamis, etc. The campaign is conducted in partnership with the Mangrove Cell of the State Forest Department and the Mangrove and Marine Biodiversity Conservation Foundation.
The plan is to plant 1,00,000 mangroves in this land, of which 50,000 have been planted as of March '18.

Project Poshan:  
In spite of the ICDS programme, India has one of the highest malnourishment rates in children globally. In rural India, the issue of malnutrition is compounded by the socioeconomic challenges faced by the community. Project Poshan works in partnership with the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) in rural and urban communities, to fight malnutrition.

Headstart STEM:  
This programme works to create an enabling environment for students by developing and enhancing STEM learning outcomes through innovative educational material and infrastructure. The programme also aims to engage professional teachers in low-income and government schools to promote new thinking within the classroom and build capacities as well as the community stakeholders to ensure enrollment, retention and quality education.
