| Project Description | Artscape is committed to bring awareness on holistic wellbeing. We design Programs that are need based, interactive and use the unique process of Expressive Arts Therapy that combines creative art based tools with psychotherapy.
Our Core Programs as mentioned below are delivered FREE to individuals belonging to lower resourced families, who have been identified as emotionally fragile but do not have knowledge, intent or resources to seek Professional Counselling.
i] Care for Cancer : Providing emotional support and building emotional resilience in Patients, Survivors and Caregivers, to help in the process of recovery and rehabilitation. The work is implemented in partnership with NGOs working with the same beneficiary groups, social work department of hospital and hospices.
ii] Beyond Academics : Life Skills and Value Education for young adults to motivate and enable them to reach their full potential with direct focus on employability.
The beneficiaries are living in remand homes and government aided facilities.
The Programs are designed to bring awareness on mental wellbeing as a prerequisite to a quality life across gender, age, environment and occupation. |
