Who We Are
Our founder B.S. Nagesh is one of the pioneers of modern retail and has more than 35 years of experience in retail. A firm believer of the philosophy of 25 years of learning, 25 years of earning and 25 years of giving back. This pivotal moment led to the birth of TRRAIN - Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India (a public charitable trust) in 2011, introducing the TRRAIN Pankh - Wings of Destiny programme that works towards creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by training and providing them with employment opportunities in retail and allied sectors, thereby also promoting inclusion and diversity in the industry.
Another initiative that TRRAIN began in 2018 - TRRAINHer Ascent programme that aims at training and creating livelihood opportunities for women in retail. Till date impacted more than 25000+ PwDs and 8000+ young women from marginalised backgrounds. TRRAIN embarks on a journey to empower people through Retail.

Raising Funds For
With TRRAIN Pankh - Wings of Destiny programme we hope to create sustainable livelihoods for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by training and providing them with employment opportunities in retail. The funds raised will be used to skill PwDs in 3 key skills; Life skills, English language skills and Retail specific skills such as retail math, cashiering, computers, customer handling and work readiness skills. We will be providing PwDs with employment opportunities in retail companies across India. Your support can help rescript their destinies to give them a life of hope, resilience and financial independence to support their dreams and their families.
