Project Poshan is United Way Mumbai's programme to fight malnutrition in the state of Maharashtra. Through Project Poshan, UWM has conducted various interventions in Raigad district, Maharashtra, in collaboration with the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS). The aim of the interventions has been to ensure that the undernourished children in the region are provided necessary nutritional supplementation, as well as an enabling environment so that they are able to overcome their undernourished status and lead healthy lives.
