Am aiming for the Full Marathon this time too - after a gap of 3 years.

Am a student of the Bhagawad Gita and I like trekking, birding and astronomy. Am a foodie too.

Appeal

Children are our most precious assets. Every child has to be nurtured, encouraged and made confident to face the world to make it a better place. Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) is an ugly truth that has adversely affected and even destroyed the future of countless children in our society. This must stop and everyone has to join in the fight - now !!! From the past 10 years my NGO, THE HANDS OF HOPE FOUNDATION (THOHF) has made a big difference to the lives of so many children through their awareness, prevention and healing programmes. We continue to work tirelessly. Through our , THOHF is poised to be an important change-agent in the fight against CSA. My journey as an integral part of THOHF through the past two years has been a very enriching experience for me. I appeal to all to join in the fight against CSA by donating generously to THOHF and the fight aganist Child Sexual Abuse on my page here. We owe that much to our children, to all children and to the future generations ....
