My name is Vandana Sawant, and for the past 8 years I have been raising funds through TMM while working as a Resource Development Manager at The Vatsalya Foundation.

I am deeply passionate about supporting children and empowering women from underprivileged backgrounds. I humbly request all well-wishers to support this noble cause. Even a small contribution can create a big change in a child’s life—providing them with education, care, and the support they truly deserve.

The unwavering commitment of The Vatsalya Foundation towards education has inspired me once again to run 10 km at TMM 2026.

Our Organisation “The Vatsalya Foundation” has been always been a pioneer in the field of child rights and child protection, working to nurture, educate, and empower children in need of care and support. Alongside this, The Vatsalya Foundation additionally focuses on women’s empowerment through skill training, capacity building, and livelihood opportunities, enabling women to become self-reliant and confident financially and emotionally.

My commitment to this cause comes from the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving, and supportive environment to grow, and every woman deserves the opportunity to live with dignity and independence and a sense of pride.
