About Me

My name is Balivada Suraj and I am a postgraduate in MBA in General Management. My academic background, combined with a deep personal commitment to social development, has shaped my lifelong dedication to inclusion, equity and human dignity.

My decision to support our organization working with children with disabilities is driven by both compassion and conviction. Through my education and field exposure in social work, I have witnessed the silent struggles of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the emotional and economic challenges faced by their families. These children often possess immense potential, yet remain marginalized due to a lack of access to specialized education, rehabilitation services and inclusive support systems.

I strongly believe that NGOs working in the disability sector play a transformative role not only in empowering children through education, therapy and life-skills training, but also in restoring confidence, dignity and hope to their families.

Supporting an NGO working with special children is more than a professional association or social responsibility it is a heartfelt commitment to ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, is seen, supported and given the opportunity to lead a meaningful and independent life.

Appeal

I strongly believe that the true strength of a society is reflected in how it cares for its most vulnerable members. Children with disabilities and special needs are not defined by their limitations, but by their immense potential if only they are given the right support, understanding and opportunities.

My support for organization working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities comes from a deep sense of responsibility and compassion.
