About Me

My name is Rishith Mamdabad, and I am a Computer Science Engineer with over three years of professional experience in the IT industry. During my early academic journey, I was honored to receive a scholarship from NIIT for Research & Development, which strengthened my belief in the power of education, innovation, and opportunity to transform lives.

Currently, I am pursuing my MBA in General Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, where I am deepening my understanding of leadership, social impact, and sustainable development. While my professional foundation lies in technology and management, my values are strongly rooted in inclusion, equity, and human dignity.

Through both personal reflection and exposure to social development initiatives, I have become deeply aware of the challenges faced by children with disabilities and special needs, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. This awareness has shaped my decision to actively support oragnizations which are dedicated to improving the quality of life of disabled and challenged children.

Appeal

I strongly believe that the true strength of any society is reflected in how it supports its most vulnerable members. Children with disabilities are not defined by their limitations, but by their potential—potential that can flourish when they are given the right care, guidance, and opportunities.

My support for this organization comes from a deep sense of responsibility and compassion. Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities often face layered challenges like medical, educational, social, and economic. Many families struggle silently, lacking access to specialized education, therapy, rehabilitation services, and inclusive environments. Without timely intervention and sustained support, these children risk being left behind not due to inability, but due to systemic exclusion.

This organization is addressing this gap with dedication and purpose. The organization works tirelessly to enhance the lifestyle of disabled and challenged children by providing specialized education, therapeutic support, life-skills training, and emotional care. Their impact goes far beyond academic learning: it restores dignity, builds confidence, empowers families, and enables children to lead more independent and meaningful lives.
