I am Puja Kanwar, Leading the EntrepreNaari community at Aspire For Her.

We are collectively on a mission to empower women to enter, stay and contribute to the Indian community. We have recently enabled 1 million women in 2025 and now to enable 10 million Indian women by 2030.
By October 2025, our community reached the magic 1 MILLION mark!

We were honoured among the Top 3 Finalists in the iconic Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Schwab Foundation, sister organization of the World Economic Forum, a leading global platform that accelerates outstanding models of social innovation.
However, beyond the statistics and the recognition, what makes us smile is the individual stories of community members, who call us after getting their first job, who return to the workforce after a long break and a woman who finds her own space after losing the love of her life.
