About Me

I am Madhura, Founder & CEO of Aspire For Her.

I was a banker for 25 years, and I was disappointed to see the most brilliant women in the world not adding to our economy.

I started Aspire For Her on International Women's Day 2020 with the dream of adding a million women to the economy by 2025.

By October 2025, our community reached the magic 1 MILLION mark!

Aspire For Her is proud to count 100+ world-leading organisations among its partners and clients – including Amazon, Google, Meta, IBM, LinkedIn, HSBC, Standard Chartered, DBS, Deutsche Bank, Infosys, Salesforce, Kerastase, Adobe, UN Women, Gates Foundation, and National Payments Corporation of India.

Aspire For Her is part of the prestigious Stanford Seed Transformation Program, Class of 2025, and the first-ever Women Founders accelerator launched by Google, India. We were honoured among the Top 3 Finalists in the iconic Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Schwab Foundation, sister organization of the World Economic Forum, a leading global platform that accelerates outstanding models of social innovation.

However, beyond the statistics and the recognition, what makes me smile is the individual stories of community members, who call us after getting their first job, who return to the workforce after a long break and a woman who finds her own space after losing the love of her life.

Appeal

I am running the Tata Mumbai Marathon, to 'run' towards our new goal - adding 10 million women to the economy!

We are creating a generation of financially independent women and motivating them to enter and stay in the workforce.
