I’m a mom and dentist who loves marathon training running keeps me strong.
This marathon, I’m running for ENERGETIX, a youth mental health program by the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBC3), a non-profit partnering with UNICEF and the Government of Maharashtra. For eight years, it has reached over 10,000 students in Mumbai, equipping teens with vital tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life’s pressures.
As a mother, I see how today’s kids face growing mental health challenges that can impact their confidence and future. Every mile I run raises funds to help more young people build resilience and thrive. Will you donate and support them?
