About Me

My name is Naysha Jethmalani. I am 9years old and a Grade 3 student of Orchids International School, Malad West.

I am deeply inspired by my parents, who have dedicated their lives to supporting tribal students across Maharashtra. Watching their work over the years has taught me the true meaning of compassion, responsibility, and the importance of improving the world around us.

Through Umang Foundation, I have been fortunate—from my toddler days till now—to visit many tribal villages and schools where children still struggle with poor classrooms, broken infrastructure, and difficult learning conditions. Seeing this has always made me feel sad, but it has also motivated me to take action.

I am proud to share that hundreds of government schools in Shahapur have already been beautifully transformed by Umang Foundation. These schools now have colourful walls, clean surroundings, child-friendly spaces, and a renewed sense of hope. I am grateful to all the supporters and to my family, who have devoted their time and effort to make this possible.

Today, I feel it is my turn to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Umang Foundation's team and contribute to this mission.
I want to raise funds to help renovate more schools and create better learning environments for children who deserve the same opportunities as all of us. This time I want to be a flag bearer.

I am taking the lead in raising funds for school renovation, infrastructure development, and creative, engaging learning spaces for tribal students. To begin this journey, I have set a small yet challenging goal of raising INR 10 thousand to renovate one school—with the support of my friends, my family, and everyone who believes in this mission.

My goal is simple yet powerful:
to give every child the chance to learn with dignity and dream without limits.

I request you to come forward and donate generously.
Together, we can build schools… and we can build futures.

Appeal

Every day, hundreds of children walk into a school that is falling apart—cracked walls, leaking roofs, broken furniture, poor lighting, and unsafe surroundings. These are not just structural problems… they are barriers that silently limit a child’s learning, confidence, and future.
But together, we can change this.
Umang Foundation is renovating an underprivileged school to give these children a safe, bright, and inspiring place to learn. The project will rebuild:
• Strong, well-lit classrooms
• Safe flooring and roofing
• Speaking wall with cheerful colors spreading knowledge from its surface
• Clean drinking water & sanitation facilities
• Child-friendly learning spaces like libraries and activity corners
This transformation will impact hundreds of young lives, giving them the dignity and environment they deserve.
