"I’ve always believed that kindness isn’t measured in size — sometimes, it’s as small as offering safety, warmth, and love to a life that can’t ask for it.

I first heard about WetNose Foundation through their rescue stories — the ones that start with fear, abandonment, and uncertainty, but end with wagging tails, second chances, and hope. The more I read, the more I realized how much impact this organization creates quietly, consistently, and compassionately. Every rescued animal, every treatment funded, every adoption — it all reminded me that there are countless lives depending on people willing to care.

As someone who runs — not just for fitness, but for meaning and challenge — I wanted my next race to stand for something bigger than a personal milestone. So this year, I’m running with purpose: to support WetNose Foundation and the incredible work they do for animals who have no voice of their own.
