About Me

My name is Keith Dsouza, and over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with women who have survived one of the darkest forms of exploitation — Human Trafficking.

Throughout my journey as a Co-Founder with Chaiim Foundation, I’ve witnessed firsthand what it means for a woman to reclaim her life after trauma — to rediscover her strength, her confidence, and her purpose. Each story I’ve encountered has left an indelible mark on me. These women are not victims; they are survivors, warriors, and symbols of hope.

Chaiim Foundation has dedicated itself to restoring dignity and creating livelihood opportunities for such women — providing education, life skills, employment, and a safe community where they can truly begin again. What moves me most is that every woman who walks through our doors is not just given help — she’s given HONOUR.

That’s why I’m supporting Chaiim Foundation through the **Tata Mumbai Marathon**. For me, this isn’t just a run; it’s a statement of belief — that freedom is her right, that every woman deserves dignity, and that together, we can turn despair into hope.

Im raising funds for Chaiim Foundation an organisation very close to my heart — one that is changing the lives of women who have survived human trafficking through the Tata Mumbai Marathon.

For over a decade, Chaiim Foundation has been a place of healing, restoration, and dignity. Women rescued from trafficking and poor and vulnerable backgrounds are not just given shelter; they are given a chance to rebuild their lives. Through counselling, education, life skills, and dignified employment, each woman learns to dream again and step into a future filled with hope and purpose.

Every step I take represents their courage — the courage it takes to overcome trauma, to rise above fear, and to choose hope.
