Appeal
Epilepsy Foundation is close to my heart, I have been associated with them since inception. Seen them grow and seen the work they have done to improve the awareness in the field of Epilepsy, where society treats it as a diseases that can be cured by sniffing socks, onions and shoes.
Dr. Nirmal Surya and his team has passionately gone to every corner of India and made sure that everyone in need is cured. This inspired me to be a part of such a selfless organisation and play my part to give back to the society.

A very close loved one suffers from epilepsy, what I understand from their experience is that they’re tired of being told that everything happens for a beautiful and that they’re special. It infuriates them more than it comforts them.. The truth about any disability is that the person just needs people to simply acknowledge that they have a difficult relationship with their body and mind. If really want to help someone who's suffering, you need to sit in their suffering with them and let them have their pain, and show them that you will be there
anyways and your love and support are not conditional on them being okay.
