About Me

Hi, I’m Arham Doshi from Mumbai, and I’m running the TATA Mumbai Marathon in support of Cuddles Foundation, an incredible organization that works tirelessly to improve the lives of children courageously fighting cancer. Through this run, I hope to raise awareness and support for their mission to provide these young warriors with the nutrition, care, and hope they deserve. Every contribution brings us one step closer to helping them heal and thrive.

Appeal

Childhood cancer can be cured. But for children in India, it’s a very different story. Lack of access to timely treatment and malnutrition among those seeking treatment makes survival difficult for children.
~76,000 adolescents (age 0-19) may develop cancer every year in India of which ~ 40% are malnourished at diagnosis. Malnutrition has a serious impact on cancer treatment, because treatments like chemotherapy may lead to side effects, complications, risk of infections, etc.

Cuddles Foundation is India's only NGO dedicated to helping children combat cancer through holistic nutrition. Cuddles has partnered with top government hospitals and charity cancer treatment centers to address the nutrition gap in Indian childhood cancer care. Through their FoodHeals® Program, Cuddles provides year-round holistic nutrition support to children and their families in 40+ hospitals across India.

The funds raised via Tata Mumbai Marathon will contribute to supporting hundreds of children at our partner hospitals in Mumbai with ration bundles, supplements, meals & counseling.

Every step you take and the donation you make will be a direct source of nourishment, hope, and healing for little cancer warriors who just can’t wait to get well and be kids again.
