About Me
I am an educator who believes deeply in what quality education can do for children — and for the world we live in. After eight years in advertising, I took a leap of faith and joined the Teach For India Fellowship, where I spent two years working in under-resourced classrooms. That journey shaped me in ways I could never have imagined.
I went on to complete the Transformational Teaching Fellowship with Teach For India, and today, I serve as a Lead Teacher at iTeach Panvel — working with first-generation learners and incredible teachers who reimagine what’s possible every single day.
My work is grounded in equity, empathy, and excellence. I see education as the means to raise children who are confident, kind, and critical thinkers — revolutionaries in their own right.
Appeal
In January 2026, I hope to run the Tata Mumbai Marathon 10K — for iTeach.
The funds raised through this campaign will directly support iTeach’s three powerful initiatives:
1. Pressing Needs Fund: ensuring students stay in school when unexpected crises hit their families.
2. Last Mile Fund: helping alumni bridge that final gap to college — so money never comes in the way of merit.
3. Reserve Fund: keeping iTeach stable and unstoppable, even when CSR funding is delayed.
I’m running to raise awareness, hope, and resources — so that no student has to pause their journey because of circumstance.
Every rupee contributes to safety, stability, and brighter pathways for the children and alumni we serve.
