About Me

I have myself been on a career break for 22 years of my life and came back into the workforce almost at the same time as my son started his first job. It has been a wonderful 5 years of coming back and taking on a role of The Chief Growth Officer at Aspire For Her. I am passionately driven to see more women enter and stay in the workforce, be financially independent. I am committed to adding 1 million women additionally to the workforce by 2025 and 10 million by 2030 through employment, entrepreneurship or education that leads to one of the two. Currently we are at a community count of 9.4 lac, strongly marching towards our 1 million target.
