About Me
My name is Kajal Rawat, and I am currently working as a CSR Executive at The Baby Care Foundation (TBCF). My journey in the social development sector has been shaped by a deep-rooted belief in the power of compassion, community, and collective action. Every day, I am inspired by the lives we touch, the challenges we overcome, and the impact we create through our programs.
Supporting The Baby Care Foundation is not just my job—it is my purpose and passion. I wholeheartedly believe in the mission of TBCF to bring dignity, hope, and equal opportunities to the most vulnerable sections of society, especially children and women.
Here’s why I choose to stand with TBCF:
1. Child-Centric Vision:
TBCF is dedicated to improving the lives of children through healthcare, education, nutrition, and safety. Knowing that our work directly contributes to a healthier and brighter future for children gives me immense satisfaction.
2. Compassionate Community Programs:
From baby feeding centres to palliative care for cancer patients, TBCF’s initiatives reflect empathy in action. The projects we implement bring care and comfort to people who need it the most.
3. Sustainable Impact:
TBCF doesn’t believe in one-time charity but in long-term solutions. Our programs in digital education, solar electrification, and health support are designed for lasting change.
4. Accountability & Transparency:
As a CSR professional, I value TBCF’s commitment to transparency in operations and measurable impact. Donors and partners can trust that every rupee is used responsibly and effectively.
5. Hands-On Community Engagement:
Being part of TBCF gives me the opportunity to connect directly with beneficiaries, listen to their stories, and witness transformation firsthand—it’s a powerful reminder of why this work matters.
Appeal
The Baby Care Foundation (TBCF) is deeply committed to nurturing the health and well-being of infants and young children from marginalized communities. As part of our mission, we have successfully established a Baby Feeding Centre at 19 BCM Hospital, where more than [insert number of beneficiaries, if available] newborns and mothers have already received essential nutrition support, counselling, and care.
The Baby Feeding Centre provides:
• Free nutritional supplements to infants and lactating mothers
• Breastfeeding awareness and counselling by trained healthcare staff
• Growth monitoring and health checkups
• A safe, supportive space for mothers to learn and care for their babies
We are proud of the impact this centre has created, but the need is far greater. Many underserved communities lack access to essential nutrition for infants, leading to malnutrition, stunted growth, and preventable health complications.
To expand this life-saving initiative, TBCF is working to establish more Baby Feeding Centres across rural and low-income regions. These centres will play a critical role in reducing infant mortality and supporting mothers during the most vulnerable phases of motherhood.
