About Me

Hello,My name is Rohaan Gala. I am a student of Grade 9 Hill Spring International school and today I would like to take a few minutes of your time to spread awareness on the silent battle that thousands of innocent children with cancer have to face. Lack of nutrition. Have you ever paused to imagine what a child endures while fighting cancer?

It’s not just medicine and hospital beds, it’s fear, pain, exhaustion, and endless courage in such tiny hearts. And when a child is already weak or hungry, the fight becomes even harder. Without proper nutrition, their little bodies struggle to handle chemotherapy, immunity drops, and hope can begin to fade, not because treatment isn’t available, but because motivation is low and their bodies simply don’t have the strength to keep going. This lack of nutrition also leads to blisters as well as difficulty swallowing, making the fight harder.

This is why the Cuddles Foundation has poured their mind, heart, and soul into 1 mission. They stand beside these young fighters every day, making sure they receive the nutrition, supplements, and care that fuel their strength and spirit. The families spend their money mainly on treatment and find it hard to feed themselves so Cuddles foundation additionally provides the families of the patients with a monthly ration of food to ensure they stay strong and are in a state of mind to support their child's fight for survival.

The Foundation has partnered with over 40 hospitals in 15 states, enabling thousands of children to lean on them for support. The 65+ nutritionists they have, state 97% of patients are more likely to stick with their treatment if they have the right nutrition and a record high 81% of their patients have been able to maintain they're nutritional status despite their cancer treatment.

Now, the question isn’t what they’ve done, it’s what we can do.

Appeal

I have signed up to run the Mumbai marathon and support cuddles foundation as I believe that by donating, we can be part of a child’s courage, a family’s hope, and a future saved.

Cuddles foundation's work shows us there is hope for humanity and that it’s not all consumed by greed. It helps these families feel uplifted and hopeful that life can be better.
