About Me
Hi, I’m Rachita Poojari. Over the last few years, I’ve had the privilege of working across classrooms, organizations, and leadership roles in the education space. My journey—from being a Teach For India fellow to now serving as Principal at iTeach Schools —has been driven by one core belief: every child deserves access to quality education, no matter their background. Along the way, I’ve designed curricula, built teacher capacity, led teams, and shaped school transformation initiatives that focus on both academic excellence and holistic growth for students. What excites me most about my work is seeing children dream bigger than they ever thought possible—and supporting them in turning those dreams into reality. I’m constantly learning, unlearning, and striving to build schools where compassion, equity, and high expectations go hand in hand.
Appeal
At iTeach Schools, we work with children who are often the first in their families to dream of going to college. These are bright, curious students from under-resourced communities in Pune who just need the right support to unlock their potential. Our schools don’t just focus on academics—we mentor, guide, and stand by our students as they take their first steps toward a future filled with opportunity. For many of them, iTeach is the bridge between limited choices and limitless dreams.
