Dearest Dost,

This year, I complete 10 years with the non-profit that has shaped the foundation of my career — and honestly, my worldview.

Over the years, I’ve watched first-generation learners go on to top national colleges like Ashoka, Azim Premji, FLAME and KREA on 100% scholarships. These are students whose parents often work double shifts — mechanic by day, construction labourer or security guard by night.

I’ve also had the privilege of seeing what breaking the cycle of poverty actually looks like:

“Didi, this was the first time I took my family to a movie theatre.”
“I’ve started investing in SIPs, didi.”
“My brother and I — a software developer and a teacher — just bought a flat for our family.”

On this 10-year milestone, I’m running my second 10 km ever (wish me luck !) — and for the first time, running for a cause.

I’m looking for 50 people to contribute INR 10,000 each, to raise 5 lakhs for students who’ve already secured 80% scholarships to top colleges. This support will cover their remaining admission fees, travel, and basic living expenses — the final bridge that actually allows them to attend college.

Every rupee truly counts. Legit.
