About Me
I am 17, running the 10K in the TMM - my first ever marathon. Through my run I am also raising funds for the NGO CEQUE to support quality education for 100 underprivileged students for a year. CEQUE is an organisation that is tirelessly working to upskill government school teachers to bridge the gap in quality education for the rural poor. I seek your support to help me raise the funds because every child deserves a great teacher !

RUN FOR TEACHERS
Each of us has a teacher who has touched our lives. They have been our cheerleaders and helped us through difficult times. Sometimes they have been the reason for the person we are today.
What if you had a chance to contribute to creating such a teacher for an underprivileged child? One who helps her stay in school, attend regularly and learn well? One who is her best hope for breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
At CEQUE we educate children through investing in teachers. We partner with governments and provide long term support to government school teachers in Language and Math pedagogy through training, in-class coaching, learning material and planning inputs. We help teachers teach better, so that children learn. Today, we reach 2,700 teachers and 45,000 students across 3 states and 8 districts. Over their professional lifetimes, every teacher will reach over 1,000 children.
