About Me

I am Avinash Bhujbal and I plan to achieve my goal to finishing 21 KM run the TATA Mumbai Marathon 2026.

To celebrate this huge personal accomplishment, i am raising money for "SNEHA" NGO. My goal is to raise INR 10000 for "SNEHA" which would provide care, food, and medical attention for old women.

SNEHA was established in 1999 to work on the twin goals of improving health-seeking behaviour among underserved communities and improving quality of public health services. Today, SNEHA is a 490+ person-strong organisation with extensive on-ground experience in helping build healthy lives of urban women and children. Its vision, mission and values affirm its commitment to the health of vulnerable women and children.

Other activities done by Sneha:
- Promoting maternal health and safe deliveries for women in vulnerable settlements
- Tackling malnutrition by empowering systems and promoting community ownership of child nutrition
- Empowering adolescents using a gender-transformative approach through experiential education, community mobilization and health services
- Working with communities and public systems to prevent and address violence against women and children
