About Me
I am Sandhya Pillai, a senior professional with over two decades of experience across operations, people management, project delivery, and organisational strategy. My work has largely focused on building systems, strengthening teams, and enabling organisations to scale sustainably while staying aligned to their core values and purpose.
Over the years, I have worked closely with leadership teams to drive operational excellence, manage change, and support people through critical transitions, always with a strong emphasis on empathy, accountability, and impact. I bring a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
Currently, I am associated with MelJol in a senior leadership capacity, supporting the CEO and contributing to the organisation’s long-term vision. My role spans talent management, organisational development, and strategic support, with the larger aim of strengthening MelJol’s mission of empowering children and young people to actively participate in shaping their own futures.
