About Me
My Name is Nirav Jaysukh Chotalia I am 36 years old. I am From Surat.I was Born and Brought up in Mumbai. I am a Childhood Cancer Survivors and Ugam ICS member. At the age of 12 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma a type of cancer in the year 1999, after 12 years of my treatment I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in the Year 2012, I have completed my Treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital. Currently I am working with Ola Bike Rider in Surat.
Appeal
